God brought a wonderful person into my life. Thank to Adventist Singles, I met my boyfriend. My family and his family were praying for us. His family was praying for me, and my family was praying for him. God brought us together, and now we have one year of relationship. The most wonderful thing, since the first time we spoke on the phone, we invited Jesus to be in our relationship. I want you to know that when you pray to God for your partner, God will bring to you that special person. Do not get discouraged, he knows what is best for us. May God be your guide and your counselor. God bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Four years ago I (Bajanfahlife) meet my wife Yvonne (Rochelle36) on ASC, I was a single father of two boys from my first wife who had passed away from breast cancer. I was on ASC for about 4 months when I received a smile from Yvonne, I was like who is this beautiful lady that took an interest in me. Yvonne was also a single mom of two, she told me she was bored one night and decided to check out ASC to see what it was all about. I met many nice people on ASC, some I am still friends with to this day. Yvonne and I would chat frequently on instant messenger. Eventually we exchanged numbers and would chat at least twice a week, our friendship grew over the next couple of months and then on Thanksgiving Day 2008 I asked Yvonne to be my lady. She knew little of my plan, but I asked the permission of her son and daughter before asking her the question. Before asking her to be my lady much pray went into making that decision. I wanted the blessings of the Father in choosing the correct mate and He answered my prays in Yvonne. We married in April of 2009 and our blended family has been blessed for the past 2 1/2 years. God’s blessing was so great that our blended family came together almost seamlessly. Oh course I left the warm shores of Virginia Beach to move to Michigan just to be with my Lady. Whenever I remember, I thank God for His blessings of a new wife and family. I would also like to thank ASC for helping to bring us together. I tried other relationship sites, but none of them brought me closer to meeting my Lady. When I heard of Adventist Singles at first I was skeptical thinking that it was just like the other sites, but if was different. Seeing your success stories also helped to inspire not only me, but my Lady. I wish everyone on your site God’s blessings in finding not just a spouse, but finding a best friend. And yes you guys do bring Adventist Singles together!

Through the leading of the Lord, two more lost souls have met and matched and mated in more than just a relationship, but true soulmates in companionship. Definitely the Lord worked through the Adventist's Singles Connection on this one. Love is truly a heavenly plan. My wish is for others to find the same success. When God brings us together, marriage is the work of a lifetime. We already know God wants us to succeed at this. The success depends upon us as individuals and mates. Our prayer is for all others to do their work in such a way that God can bless our efforts and in the end that plant of love will bloom and flurrish under His guidance and power. I would like to say 'Good Luck' to everyone, but truly it is not about luck. Its all about our heavenly Father and I would like to say a special thanks to Adventist Singles Connection. Without this connection, the two of us would never have met. All I can say at this point is, 'Farewell, and Amen!!'
I first met listener1 four years ago on Adventist Singles Connection. My subscription was short lived, and for one reason or another there was no follow up after our initial meeting. How improbable is it that we meet up again after just two weeks on this site? This time we are definitely following through! Thanks Adventist Singles Connection!

Our story is only beginning, but I met a gentleman here and we are so very happy. A lady in his church put up his profile with his permission, and assisted him in this.....and she is the one who found my profile and that it was very similar to his profile. So, he dictated letters to me through her...the first ones, without seeing a photo, and I believe he fell in love with the person behind the words. I am very blessed indeed, as he wasted no time in driving to ND, from MO. to meet me. We have spent several days, and many wonderful experiences together. We are pressing forward in our relationship towards marriage, with God's will...our ultimate desire. I will keep you posted. Thank you for providing this dating service for others like myself, who are seeking a relationship with someone of our own faith.
It was three emails that did it...and a month's time. I gave him my phone number and our first phone call lasted 4 hours...and wow, did it feel like only 5 minutes! Second, third, fourth, fifth (you get the idea) phone calls were just as long. We could laugh and talk about just about anything...including math! The fact that we were both Adventist and very involved at church gave us the common ground we needed. Two months later he was visiting me and... I'm sure that the best is yet to come! :)
On the 3rd of August this year after just 2 months with Adventist Singles, I found Ingrid’s profile on line, which Adventist Singles said was a 97% match. I sent her a smilie and she sent me one back. This developed into text chatting, which lasted a while, which then developed into phone chatting lasting up to 3 hrs or more. We have been seeing each other for about 3 months now talking every day, texting often, emailing often, and visiting each other as much as possible. And we are very much in love which both of us never thought we could ever do again after both of us lost our partners in life. We both believe the lord has brought us together. So to those of you out there in similar circumstances, don’t despair and don’t ever give up! The lord knows what you needs are! Just pray and ask him for guidance.
Eva and I are very grateful to have been able to meet here. In both of our lives there were other people that we might have married, but none of those would have been quite the match that we believe that we have in each other. We both had many stringent criteria and weren't about to give in to compromise. I was told that I was way too exacting, demanding and all of that in what I would accept in a woman and would never find one. Ha! Not only did ASC assist in helping us find each other in terms of criteria, but also in something more... A deep romantic passion and love, a sense of the other person being a "soulmate". Oh, we're happy about our Adventist Singles Connection experience alright. :D
I met Darlene, (DMPsongofthemorning) and we plan to be married Sept. 25 in a home wedding with an SDA pastor. It will be a very simple wedding, and very old fashioned.
Both Darleen and I feel God opened a door for us to meet. Had you been able to follow the mail content, and the 27 hrs. of phone conversation before we met, I suspect you would have been very surprised at how well matched we are, and I think we both know that when differences arise, we have already learned how to talk out our differences and reach a middle ground. We have also learned to apologize when it is important, even if we do not feel the "fault" is ours, for it is truly ours as the day cannot end with differences we are aware of standing between us.
We both enjoy the time we take for studying together and find with two of us, learning something new each day comes much easier than it did when we studied alone and did not think God might have a plan for our lives as partners.
I think if our story was told in full, it would almost take a book, as we learned information, both wonderful and painful early in our mail, and each of us was honest about health and finances. I am finding that Darleen has become so used to taking care of everything, including finances she has more difficulty letting me help her, but I suspect from her view the same would hold true of me.
We have left out lives in God's hands, and know He will guide us where he wants us to be, and use us whenever He can. That is already starting to happen and it is a wonderful feeling to know our Heavenly Father is still leading and using us. We look forward to a life filled with service until Jesus comes.
