We could not live without each other.

We both joined the site unreservedly as we liked the traditional approach of meeting someone face to face. She resided at the time in Jamaica (Medical Technologist) and I resided in Turks & Caicos Islands (Mathematics Teacher). However, God had a plan for our lives. We both loved things of nature, variety of cuisines (especially vegetarian based) and also exploring the Word of God. After the initial IM on March 2006, the conversation and friendship blossomed with exchange of emails and numbers. We both sent each other encouraging words, smiles, and jokes on and off the site. July of that same year we met for the first time in Montego Bay, Jamaica with a warm embrace that sparked a deeper relationship. We became extremely deep friends and we then realized that we could not live without each other.
Each holiday I would go to Jamaica and spend a wonderful and enjoyable time with her especially by the seaside (we both love the splashing waves with the sun setting in the background).
The love between us escalated and we eventually prayed about our future together, which included a "date" for the following year. We got married at the Mount Salem Seventh Day Adventist Church, Montego Bay, December 16, 2007. We are currently residing in Bermuda where she is a Medical Technoligist and I am a Mathematics Teacher. God continues to be a central focus of our lives as the love He provided for us yesterday will last today and forever.

We had been longing and praying

Me (niceskinnygirl) and Flip (his id in ASC) just join this site for few weeks (less than 1 month) when we first start chat on feb 7, 2005. Thats how everything started, just from the simple hello from me and GOD brought us together. I believe GOD already prepared him for me and me for him. Coz we had been longing and praying to meet our lifetime partner.
Flip was ready to leave his life and family in US and find a job here in Indonesia. Finally we get married on January 7, 2007. Now we are expecting our first baby that will born in November 2007.
Thanks GOD for allowing me to meet the king of my heart here through ASC. Thank you ASC!!!

Never would have expected...

Your site was just the tool God used to bring me together with my current husband!

After dating other guys from non-Adventist sites I had had enough and told God I would only consider Adventists and would take my name off other non-Adventist sites. That same day, September 2006, I received a "card" from a wonderful man from his site.

Come to find out we had so much in common and only lived about 3 hours from each other! We started dating and were married on Christmas Eve, Dec. 26, 2006.

As I am writing this, May 6, 2007, I never would have expected to meet my husband on the internet, but God is good - all the time!!! He brought two people together who really needed each other and fulfilled each other's needs and wants.

I feel like I've found my best friend and my husband says that he's found me - the one he's said he's looked for his whole life.

So if there are those reading this and thinking it will never happen to them, then take courage - pray about it and God may just answer you in a way that you never expected.

God is the ultimate match-maker!! I know that He hears prayers of single men and women because I was once one of them and now am married to my husband.

How time flies! Rick and I continue to share a loving relationship. We are happily married and we owe it all to God and Adventist Singles Connection! THANK YOU SO MUCH! We have now moved to the country with 4 acres, a wonderful house,
and a very nice work shop for Rick!

We added "Penny" since being married. She is a Rat/Jack Russell Terrier. She is a sweetie and keeps us very busy! She loves living in the country now where she can run and play!

Life is so much better since we found each other. It feels like we've just begun our lives. We are very much in love and again want to express our
deepest "THANKS" to your website.

We each had been praying for God to lead the right person to us. Linda was doing a search on the Adventist Singles site for a man within her age group. My profile caught her interest and she sent me a smile. I responded to her smile with mail. We set up a time to chat on IM.

With mail, cards, IM, and phone calls, we've been in constant communication since we met. Neither one of us could have imagined that God would bring someone into our lives who had so much in common and was so compatible, including our desire for music ministry.

We scheduled a personal visit and have had several visits since. Linda lives near Dallas, TX and I live in Neligh, NE. We live approximately 700 miles from each other and would never have met if it wasn't for Adventist Singles Connection.

We have decided to spend the rest of our lives together and are planning to get married this May.

God truly knew what He was doing when He brought us together, and we've been letting Him lead us ever since.

Warren and I would like to thank you for the opportunity we had to meet here at your site, we got married on January 14 2007, after few months of writing each other.

We would like to write something that would encourage our brothers and sisters on the site. We are very happy, and thankful to our Lord first and you for carry on with this wonderful Ministry. May our Lord Bless you and protect your Site with His Angels. May many other couples find their way hand to hand because of your Ministry.

We will always be grateful for you all, for that interest you have in helping lonely, some times hurting people, giving them the opportunity to meet and become what we are, a very happy couple.

January 14th will be our second Anniversary. Our lives have changed completely, for we have become one. We have found the Ministry we can do together and although it is challenging some times, it is fulfilling.

Warren is a wonderful man, a man of God, seeking to be closer to our Lord all the time. We have had no trouble in understanding each other, we are embracing one same thing and it is the Love for our Lord and our Message. We are very grateful for the personality (colors) test we had when we joined the site. We realize that it helped us to find the right one.

We are currently Foster parenting in the State of Oklahoma. One of the beautiful things we share is the concern and love for suffering children. Right now, we have 2 babies only, Annie 6 months and Horatio 4 months. We ask for your prayers so we may be able to adopt both of them. We have had Annie from birth and Horatio at 21 days old. We love them and want to give them a Christian home helping them to grow for our Saviour's Glory.
It is with gratitude in my heart to our Lord for His unconditional love that I write this, thanking Him first for giving us the opportunity to find each other and to have a life full of meaning, full of understanding, and full of the love of God in our daily life. That is what I most wanted and prayed for, having a True heart Seventh Day Adventist husband, loving companion and friend, sharing every thing we are and we have. There is not a regret in my heart for any thing that I may have to surrender to achieve this togetherness in our lives.

Thank you again for your kind and loving help. May our Lord bless you richly. And to all of our friends on the site...a word of encouragement... there is someone waiting for you. Carefully look, think, and pray. Our beautiful father wants His children to be happy and have peace in their hearts, to be fulfilled in life with that special person.
