My past relationships have taught me...
God has created us with a great potential to love others deeply. That love first goes to Go (because he first loved us), and from that love, we are able to love others in the way that they need to be loved. But we can not find absolute fulfillment in someone else in a relationship. That ultimately comes from God.
My favorite Bible passage is...
Hosea 2:14-15 - This text offers an explanation for why God allows bad things to happen, even to us individually, and what a beautiful thing can come out of the deepest sorrow and despair. I love the contrast of the Valley of Achor to the Door of Hope! There is such beautiful poetry in these verses and such incredible promises!
