Definitely something interactive. It is always very awkward when you are sitting down to dinner and have absolutely nothing to talk about. That should be saved for a time when you know each other better and have common interests. Group activities are always an excellent idea. That way you are getting to know other people as well as a possible person of interest.

Past relationships have taught me to take my time, and never be afraid of admitting that I am wrong. I also have learned to let God lead, and not to try and FORCE things to work out just because I want them to. I have learned that God has my best interest in mind. One final thing that my past relationships have taught me is to simply be myself.

I am constantly learning what not only being an Adventist means, but also what being a Christian is. I work with troubled teens and I am learning that simply emulating Christ in my life is a huge part of being an Adventist Christian. Our life is a living testimony, and says more about ourselves than we could say with any "verbal" words.

I plan to continue to learn more about myself and what God has planned for me. I have learned that life can take huge turns in the blink of an eye, so I would have to say that my plans are God's plans. I am simply doing my best to follow his will in my life.

I would just like to say that I am always seeking to find God's will for my life. I definitely have desires and wants especially when it comes to finding companionship, but the last thing I want to do is rush into something that is not God's will. All in His time.
