What I'd like to do on a first date...
There are so many options: Meet for lunch or dinner, or a picnic and just talk together. I like communication, not someone who keeps things inside but rather will talk about anything and everything.
My past relationships have taught me...
That life is too short to miss out on all there is to see, do, and share. It's so much more fun to share things with someone else than to be by yourself. We need to be positive and uplifting to others and it will be returned to us. :)
To me, being an Adventist means...
Loving the Lord with all your heart and sharing that with others. It would be nice to have someone to sit in church with, have family worship together and invite others to join us at times.
In five years, I see myself

My favorite Bible passage is...
1. For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans not to harm but to help you. Plans to give you hope and a future. (I believe that means here AND in Heaven. (Smile) 2. Fear not for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God. I will uphold you with my right hand of righteousness. Is. 41:10 3. Oh my soul, don't be discouraged, don't be upset. Expect God to act. For I know I shall again have plenty of reason to praise Him for all He will do. He is my help, He is my God. Ps. 42:11 All these and many more texts are comforting to me that Dad loves us so much, has plans for our future and possibly a "soulmate" out there somewhere for us too!
One final thing I'd like to mention...
I would like to meet Adventists with same beliefs and who is also looking forward to Dad's return. It is very difficult to have a relationship with someone of another faith who doesn't understand our beliefs and importance of the Sabbath.
