Never enter a marriage relationship without consulting God through much prayer, patience is a good virtue, laughter is a good medicine, and having a positive attitude makes all the difference.
To me, being an Adventist means...
Being fully surrendered to the Lord Jesus Christ; having his will be done in my life. Not comprising my faith for the things of this world and being an example to others by letting the beauty of Jesus be seen in me. Also preparing myself and sharing my faith with others for his soon return. Lastly dying daily to self and letting my motto be "OTHERS".
In five years, I see myself
The future is not mine, but would like a closer walk with God and my soul mate.
My favorite Bible passage is...
Prov. 3: 5,6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he will direct thy paths. I'm waiting to see where God will lead me in this aspect of my life. I've proven that HIS leading, is NEVER misleading.
One final thing I'd like to mention...
I'm looking forward to sharing my life with not only you as my spouse but as my best friend. I'd like a mate who would join me in having Jesus FIRST place in our lives and as Priest of our home. As the saying goes, with Jesus in the vessel we could smile at the storm. Let's do it together!
