A first date is all about getting to know someone. That can be accomplished by talking as well as listening. You need to be in a situation or activity where you both are comfortable. Examples would be lunch and a walk, an amusement park, a concert, etc.

I have learned to be content with myself. If a relationship doesn't work, see what I have learned and apply that to the future. There are a lot of people in this world and they can all help to mold us.

It means to be a caring, accepting and thoughtful Christian. A person that strives to let the light of the Holy Spirit shine through and someone that tries to remember to bring their burdens to the foot of the Cross.

I see my children completing college and post-graduate studies and moving on into their own young adult lives. I see myself involved in some area of ministry in our church and to continue with my full-time job.

Isaiah 40:27-31

When this life seems overwhelming to me or I don't know what direction to go, I always turn back to these texts; what wonderful reassurance to know that The Almighty never forgets about me.
