Friends would describe me as funny, sarcastic, and a good friend. I am always up for an adventure, but also just as happy laying on the couch watching a movie. I have a beautiful dog named Gracie, so the man for me must love dogs. I'm a pretty happy person who is just in a really good place in my life right now. I am looking for someone I can laugh with, share my hopes & dreams with and who is ready to take the next step in life.

This is a question I simply do not have an answer for....
Hmmm. I guess the best lesson I have learned is that people will not change unless they want to. Nothing you say or do can make someone believe, feel, or act differently than they want to at that moment in time...until they are ready. Pray and be deligent, God has a plan for everyone, and not everyone is planned for you.
Being an Adventist means different things to different people I think, for me:
God wants us to obey all 10 Commandments, and it is very important that we not overlook the one He asked us to remember. "Remember the Seventh Day to keep it Holy”. God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh from all His labors, and then He set apart that day for rest. I will admit that I struggle with the true, finite definition of rest and the Sabbath, but I am still a work in progress.
Adventism for me is also more than just the Sabbath...it is about having a deeply personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Simply being an Adventist will not save you if you do not have a personal connection with God. When all is said and done, we must give an account to God on the Day of Judgment for our life. As Adventists, we should try daily to find even one person to share God with, and with the help of the Holy Spirit they will be lead to the truth
