I've a razor-sharp wit, care deeply about the spirituality of others, and feel the best when I'm doing something to improve the world around me. I work hard for laughs. I bake a mean blueberry creamcheese pie. I'm utterly passionate about trying to understand how the world looks through the eyes of others. To my chagrin, I err on the side of being safe--at least where others are concerned.
Whom do I seek? Few absolutes exist, really. Must be female, and in pursuit of a closer relationship with God. Must be able to abstract, and capable of secure attachment. Must be honest. Must be deadly serious about someday making a promise to stay for life. And there's gonna have to be something about you that catches my attention (and vice versa, I suppose). I've a hunch you're younger than me, you care about the planet and the people in it, and you laugh well. You're creative, confident, comfortable with yourself. You've likely never been married, and you don't have children. You drive stick just because it's more fun. You love rain. You have deep and beautiful eyes...

Setting seems less relevant to me, though I'm guessing it won't be in the aisle of the grocery store or randomly passing on the sidewalk! I vote we go dumpster diving, or something similar. Hate each other, and we'll each have one more entertaining dating horror story good for few laughs at the next barbecue... On the other hand, if we decide on happily ever after, then we'll have one heck of a story for the grandkids!
I'm sure we'll get around to talking over these things eventually. I'll happily answer your questions, of course, and for now I'd rather focus on getting to know you than on introducing you to my exes.
In a 1903 letter to budding poet Franz Xavier Kappus, Rainer Maria Rilke wrote "I would like to beg you dear Sir, as well as I can, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."
If you find Glenn Beck to be gospel, we're probably not going to have a lasting romance...but I bet we'll have some entertaining conversations!
