Let's keep this simple(er) :-)
My name is Seth. JoEuSeF is a play on the first two letters of each of my names (first, 2 middle, 1 last) except for the the last one. Then, it'd be JoEuSeFo.
My passions in life are God, medicine/health/(vegan) nutrition, music, foreign languages, and family. I enjoy listening and playing music; primarily classical and hymns. I like playing guitar, piano, 'ukulele, and singing. I wouldn't mind meeting someone who I could learn some foreign language from or practice with: Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), French, Italian, Korean, Haitian Creole, and others. I most prefer learning languages that I'll be able to use. I started learning Korean a bit because I made some Korean friends. Brazilian Portuguese for the same reason. There's just something about interacting in another language that I find fascinating. Ever since I was young I've been fascinated with the sounds of different words and word sounds.
Okay, trying to keep it shorter. I can get carried away. Don't want to give away too much or drag on incessantly. Lol!
I'm studying pre-med and am looking to either become a Physician's Assistant (PA) or a Medical Doctor (MD).
I'm on here to make new friends/acquaintances, first. I don't want the thought that if I send you a smile or something that that means I'm just looking for a romantic relationship. If we discover a mutual desire for heading down that direction, with God's leading, then I'm happy to let God lead in that. But I would like to keep things platonic, first. Entering a relationship is not something I take lightly. If I see the true potential for marriage, then I'd be open to entering into a godly, Christian courtship.
If you love God and studying His word, love to laugh and be playful/joke around, speak more than one language, are interested in health/nutrition/medicine, are musical (either play an instrument or, even better, sing), are a genuine and kind person who isn't as concerned with the typical vanities so prevalent today, and family is very important to you, then you're the kind of person I'd like to meet.
Thanks for reading and God bless!

I prefer activities where I can really get to know the other person and they me. This goes for friends, family, and potential future marriage partners.
Anything outdoors, or a family night with board games or other interactive things, a Bible study, going to a church event, going for a nature walk/hike, to the beach, a stroll through a nice downtown area (like my hometown or Winter Park, FL) and so on.
God first. Friends first. Pray together. Study God's Word together. Make sure Christ is the center and focus of the relationship. Setting firm boundaries is key.
I'm reading the booklet "The Irrefutable, Irrevocable, Unalterable... Laws of Dating" by Mike Tucker. I highly suggest it. It's really helping to shed light on things that have gone awry in past relationships. Though I may not agree with 100% of what he mentions, it is overall a very good source for perspective on relationships. I definitely want to prepare myself for marriage and it's the reason I only put "Searching for Friends;" I don't want to rush into things or enter into a relationship for the wrong reasons. I want to get to know the person without the pressure of "trying to impress" them.
To not only have the knowledge of God's word and the three angels' messages, but to have His love abounding in us that it is not a burden to share Christ with others, but something we do naturally from that ever-flowing love we have from Him and in Him.
It's more than just being a 7/11 Christian: showing up on the 7th day at 11 o'clock for the worship service. It's a daily commitment and dedication of ourselves to God. It's an ever continuing conversion experience with continued growth in Christ and allowing Him to shape who we are and develop our character daily so that we might be prepared to share the gospel and be ready for His soon return.
I will have graduated from the pre-med program at Weimar College, receiving my B.S. in Natural Sciences, and prayerfully be attending Loma Linda Medical School (or possibly another medical school).
2 Corinthians 1:3-7 because it encourages me to help others from the experiences I've had: especially regarding having dealt with depression.
Psalm 51 because it's such a beautiful passage about feeling that guilt of sin and repenting to God and Him renewing us. Something I truly long for.
1 Corinthians 13 (and 1 John 4:8) because since God is love, that whole chapter is really shedding light into who God is and God's character. And, as sister White bids us to read this chapter every day and reflect on God and the love that comes from Him, I have committed this passage to memory and recite it daily.
Isaiah 65 & 66 and Revelation 21 & 22 because it talks about Christ's 2nd coming, the new heaven and new earth and the life we'll live with Him. Something I'm looking forward to.
Isaiah 43:1-3. I learned a lovely scripture song based on these verses and I just really connect with the message in it.
There are plenty more, but perhaps that's something for another time.
I've set some health goals for myself and have decided to grow my beard out until I reach those goals (a little extra motivation since I don't want the long beard overall, even though it is fun to grow it out like this. Never done that before).
So, the picture of my in the car with the long beard (and longer hair is the result of that vow. I should reach my goal in 2-3 months if I stay on track.
Oh, and if I send you a smile/spark/card and you're not interested or just don't think we'd make good friends, please, let me know with the "smile" that make that clear. I'll try to be as courteous and do the same if I receive a smile from you but don't think we'd really match well as friends. I would really appreciate it. But, of course, you don't have to respond, at all. Just making my request known if I send you a smile and you view my profile and aren't interested in one way or the other. I promise my feelings won't be hurt. Thanks and God bless! :-)
