What I'd like to do on a first date...
I would like to go to a place where I could smell the flowers, and fresh spring air; somewhere quiet, and serene with the warm sunshine shinning. Maybe a picnic, or lunch, a walk along the beach.
My past relationships have taught me...
To know when to slow down and listen, be in the moment, give benefit of the doubt, really hearing the Holy spirit's leading... realize that I am not responsible for the behavior, accountability, honesty of my partner; that he's accountable to God, which is where trust, and understanding, and communication play a wonderful part of a healthy relationship. Be loving through anger, and doubt. Spoon! Communicate, repent, forgiveness, and again be in the moment! And again communicate. . .
To me, being an Adventist means...
Being an Adventist to me doesn't mean I worship the Sabbath. Knowing that God loves me in spite of myself, never ever thinking I don't need grace, when I do, just because I am a SDA. I may have the truth but most importantly, I need Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit! I need Him everyday to live here on earth. It's a big world. . .

One final thing I'd like to mention...
I had just recently pulled the color code book off my shelf, not knowing that I would be at the beach this weekend exploring; venturing out on line to websites, adventistmatch. com, which eventually lead to this web site, and confirmed the Blue/white code personality that I am~to me that's not a coincidence~God's leading. Oh, and I wasn't looking for a singles site. I was actually looking for ADRA, and some Adventist site for job leads.
