It's hard to say without knowing who I'm taking out. I'd always like to come up with something creative based on whatever knowledge I know of the person, but anything relaxed with little time to talk and get to know each other are the only required ingredients.

Acceptance is important, both receiving and giving it. When you try to fit people into a pre-made box you miss out on a lot of great things. It can go against your natural, human instincts but accepting people on there own merits is almost always worth it.

I try not to get to high on the specifics of any institution. However, I do think it matters how we interpret God's word. He does ask specific things of us and I think Adventists get most of that right.

What my faith in God means to me: Faith is what connects me to God, as long as I have it I am never alone. I will never face the trials of life or experience the triumphs by myself. (Of course that doesn't mean I don't need any number of human relationships that God has given me.) I'm also trying to learn that faith is an active, not passive, trait.
