I'm happy, playful, intelligent, adaptable and can be a bit intense at times (half Italian) but I'm mellowing with age and the work of the Holy Spirit. Looking for a help meet and soul mate that can have a softening influence on me. One who would enjoy studying the Bible and praying together and with the Holy Spirit filling us with the love of God go win souls together. I love many outdoor activities and it would be a blessing to have a wife who enjoyed skiing, or tennis or backpacking. I love good music and like to sing. I enjoy good conversation and have learned how to be a better listener. One of the things God has helped me see and really appreciate is that it truly is "better to give than receive". What I'd like to do on a first date...
Go somewhere like a park or a quiet setting to talk and get acquainted. Maybe hike or go to a quiet restaurant.

To be much more dependent on God and to "lean not on my own understanding" and move forward prayerfully.

Being blessed with great light on the character of God & Bible Prophecy and having a responsiblity to share it.
In five years, I see myself
Spending lot's of time growing organic food, going door to door with literature to find open minded people to study the Bible with and hopefully meeting and marrying the woman of my dreams. In addition, getting closer to my children, spending quality time watching my grandchildren grow up, getting into the best shape of my entire life, learning to play the cello and going on some mission trips and traveling.
My favorite Bible passage is...
Isaiah 53 in the Old Testament. It describes the most awesome being in the universe in a beautiful way, and John 16:33 in the New Testament. "These things I have spoken to you that in Me you might have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world".
One final thing I'd like to mention...
In addition to the Bible and SOP I enjoy the devotional book by Oswald Chambers called, My Utmost for His Highest. Have you read it?
