Never be afraid to say " I am sorry" and always look for the best qualities in a person. Be willing to "forget and fore give" and move onward. Dont meditate on the past, that will only hold you back, and not allow you to move forward. Remember the stars are in the heavens above and we have to look upward to see a better tomorrow.

To me, being an Adventist means...

Being able to have one day of rest from all the duties of the week.
