Two people almost always have different expectations of a relationship.

following Christ wholeheartedly, loving others through words and action, believing the Bible, and continuing to become more like Jesus.

I hope to continue to grow personally and professionally. My dream is ultimately to fall in love (what does that feel like?),settle down and start a family and possibly adopt further down the road.

There are several, but here's one:

"And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us." Romans 5:5

I'm a thyroid cancer survivor and went through all the treatments and everything that that entails, including several years of hard work at losing my hypothyroidic weight (exercise and calorie counting, all the way!).

Through that process, God has made me stronger. He has lifted my head (figuratively and literally), given me courage and confidence and a greater sense of compassion. It's taught me who I am and who He is.

Right now, I'm in a period of transition, and I'm wanting to grow. I'm open to moving if God leads, though I'll admit that being raised in Florida, I REALLY don't want to end up anywhere cold. :-p
