Whale watching or a trip to Catalina Island both are fun. The trip might even be cool enough that you would let me sit next to you and put my arm around you so we can both keep warm. Once on Catalina, there are places to see and trails you can hike. You can even take your bicycle with you from the mainland. Hey wait a minute, this sounds like a lot of exercise! How did I I get roped into this? At least when it is time to go back, you are ready, and you will have had a fun day. :) :)
I am sharing a little bit with you about my weight loss. It has made a difference in my life, and I feel better about myself and how I look. :) :) I call it my Cheetos Diet. I guarantee you weight loss. I lost 45 pounds going from 210 to 175. I just chose to stop there. I could have and can still lose weight easily using my diet. There are several things you DON’T do on this diet. You don't change your current diet - you tweak it. You don't change to a healthy diet, (if you are already on one you stay with it),or you will probably gain weight. You don't exercise. Any exercise you do is for your own muscle toning - not weight loss. You don't eat foods you don't like – you are supposed to enjoy your meal. You only eat foods you do like. You don't count calories. You don't measure out your food. You can eat dessert. You don't spend money on other diets and their foods. Is this too good to be true? No - ask me about it and you will see the simple logic involved and the ease of doing it. It does take a little bit of choice and will-power. Ask me and I will tell you the simple details involved. And no, you don’t eat just Cheetos.
