What I'd like to do on a first date...
This would all depend on the lady's personality. If she's more outgoing then maybe some type of exploratory nature event, involving a private picnic for the two of us where we can become more acquainted with one another. If the lady is more conservative maybe a museum or an opera and a lovely candlelight dinner preferably outside under the stars. If she's very in tuned with her bible then perhaps a bible study or we can attend church together.
My past relationships have taught me...
Never to judge and definitely do not treat someone based off of your past relationships as everyone is different.
To me, being an Adventist means...
Living a life that is more than acceptable in God's sight. Following his word and being in the world but not of it.
In five years, I see myself
Well I'm quite certain that within the next five years I will be happily married and have my family and business in a very comfortable position. This can only be achieved from constant positive endeavoring and never losing sight of the goal.
My favorite Bible passage is...
Too many to list but if I can only choose one then it would be Psalms 100. My favorite because it reminds us that he is the omnipotent one and that without him we would not exist and that all comes from him. Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he [is] God: [it is] he [that] hath made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful to him, [and] bless his name.
