I am an educated, spiritual, and positive human being with the desire to continue learning and growing on my personal and professional growth and as a Christian daily. I think it is very important to become friends first and the Lord may guide. I believe in traditional, old fashion values and setting goals that take both parties stable and balanced together. I believe in a give and take/reciprocal relationship when both communicate effectively from the heart with honesty, total respect, and loyalty all the way to the end which brings real meaning in life. My significant other and special king of my life will be my best special deep friend that I would love forever unconditionally. We might need time to get to know each other because I do not believe in rushing relationships that later you might regret.
That special person will be a great communicator, good reader, brilliant, wise, and a person who fears the Lord. He has to believe that faith in God and how well you get along with others, and how well they get along with yourself, will determine your level of happiness and satisfaction in life more than any other single factor. He has to believe that Relationships are not exterior to a successful life. They are central and if you accomplish all your material goals at work with business, closed friends but you do not attend carefully to your special relationships, you will end up empty, alone and miserable like Brian Tracy says. When we have wonderful relationship with that person who cares about you, and whom you care about, then no matter what happens in the outside world, you will still be happy. He has to have a positive attitude to life in general. I do not expect perfection but balanced and a Christian character. We could spend the best times of the rest of our life together. He needs to treat a woman the way she wants to be treated and I will treat him the way he wants to be treated (The Platinum rule). Learning from each other and listening to each other is a must but also having a great sense of humor .
I also believe in mutual respect, honesty, loyalty, great communication with meaningful conversation with substance which is important to me. I am casual when going grocery shopping but enjoy dressing up for church and dining out or going to the theater or concerts. I am a retired educator and want to continue setting new goals. I became a health coach and would like to make a difference in my family and others because without health, life is insignificant. I want to keep inspiring people and help them with wellness including health nutrition, physical fitness, in a holistic way to keep me updated professionally and challenged to continue living my vision.
I am organic, clean, genuine, real, and honest and don’t like baggage. I think that no matter what you go through in life, you may change or transform negative emotions into positive ones daily by the grace of God and the power of prayer. Possibilities are endless. So we need to practice that daily to become an expert optimistic. I like to do many things like helping others, dine out, and go to the beach, exercise (aerobics), cook, read good books, study the Bible, psychology, and Nutrition/ health . I always dreamed about writing a book to help the less fortunate in areas of self-growth, health and spirituality. I also enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, exercise and swimming. I am a team player and love to have great communication with that special person the Lord will lead to me. I want to have God as a center in everything I do and plan. Last but not least, I am thankful that I am very healthy physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Having gratitude, faith and hope in my life are very important priorities to keep positive a positive outlook in life. Remember that money doesn't’ buy happiness. There are more important values that truly fill that emotional, mental and spiritual bank account. God bless you.

What I'd like to do on a first date...

It would be good to have dinner in a peaceful atmosphere. I am flexible to communicate from the heart as long as it is in a safe place, the right food with the right person specially if he is honest, proper, courteous, and have open dialog and substance. If the time allows walking in a park or a nice garden would be acceptable. Organic food is preferred. Thank you!

My past relationships have taught me...

MY husband was an amazing man and always motivated me to grow and learn, to trust, have faith in Jesus having him as a center of the home which is the most important thing in any relationship. Never take your relationship for granted and treasure every moment you spend together because you never know if tomorrow never comes.

To me, being an Adventist means...

I have been an Adventist since 1976 and have faith in the three angel’s special message knowing that we have a responsibility to witness and share it with other people and hope that my special friend of my life really has Jesus as his only special savior to complement each other and would love to do missionary work until Jesus will return to look for us.
Having Jesus as my only savior and the faith that he is coming soon honoring him by obeying, confessing, forgiving and knowing that he is preparing a place for us and will come back is also very important as a SDA.

In five years, I see myself

Spiritually: Building my faith constantly, study the Bible
Socially: Have better relationships with Family and Friends, and the loved ones
Emotionally: The past is the past and learn to build better futures. Always have positive emotions, thoughts and growing daily
Intellectually: Continue growing and changing till I die
Finances: Build my wellness business
Vision and mission: Impact people spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and help with total wellness in all areas of well being

My favorite Bible passage is...

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.
I love the gospels and Paul's Epistles specially the book of Romans.
Romans 3:24
We all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

One final thing I'd like to mention...

A favorite quote
“Watch your thoughts, they become words;
watch your words, they become actions;
watch your actions, they become habits;
watch your habits, they become character;
watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”
