Introduction
FYI: I don’t have daddy issues. So if you are old enough to be my daddy, keep it moving.
Things to know about me: I love the outdoors. I enjoy camping, hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and photography. I love to travel, not so much the visit big cities museums, more of a backpacking in Norway (which I hope to do someday).
Health is an important part of me. I run/exercise a lot and I’m careful about what I eat. I really try to take care of myself as I plan to be an active 100 year old. I enjoy the challenge of trying to alter recipes to make them healthier, its science in the kitchen! (I’m a little bit of a science nerd.) I really love going to the farmers market and brainstorming things to make. Maybe one day I’ll have my own garden.
