I'm Jessica I'm 26 years old i am half Scottish and half Puerto rican, i am currently going to school majoring in nursing,People have always told me that i should be from the south because i am such a genuine person well i am like that because of the way my parents brought me up i am a very polite person and i always seem to put people first. I strive to give my all and do my best, i trust people until they prove to me that i can not, and I'm new to this whole dating online thing I'll be honest its not really my thing but i figured heyy why not right?not really looking for a relationship right now just friends for the moment and we will see what happens from there but i would like to find someone who can handle goofiness who isn't serious all the time, someone who can make me laugh, who accepts me for who i am and doesn't try to change that , someone that strives to put 110% into something because that's what i would give them. What I'd like to do on a first date...
On a first date hmm... going for hikes and than after sitting and talking and being goofy something relaxed without any pressure you are on a date but its not one if you understand what i am saying
My past relationships have taught me...
Sometimes i feel like we are meant to fall in love with some people but just not meant to be with them.Meant to learn things about ourselves that only relationships can teach us. God has a plan and the person that you may think you are supposed to be with, or the type you are supposed to be with could be the exact oppisite that you end up being so happy with and thats really all that matters. That you are happy with the person next to you
To me, being an Adventist means...
i believe its the way to be, and so what if your standards are different than everyone elses be proud that you stand out dont try to blend in with society, i know thats hard because i've been tempted to do things too but you have to remember that God takes care of you so what if you dont look cool, in the long run you will be much happier that you stood up for yourself and somthing that you believe in .
In five years, I see myself
graduated from nursing school with honors, finding that dream guy, getting married and starting a family and just simply being happy
