Anything goes with me...if you have the guts to ask I'm up for it :) I guess anything that would allow for conversations to take place, don't get me wrong I love the movies, but you can't really get to know a person in hushed whispers in a theatre. You can never go wrong with starbucks and dessert...hint, hint...

That love is all about give and take. Both parties have to be fully committed to eachother and the creation of a safe, secure, supportive environment with an attitude of mutual respect. Both people need to be compromising, open minded, honest, open communicators and most importantly have an active connection to Christ. Without God, selfishness will set in and cloud the beauty a real committed marriage can bring. I also learned that you cannot go into dating/marriage looking for happiness or looking to make someone else happy because happiness comes from within, it comes from knowing God and feeling his love and acceptance. I have learned the importance of connecting on 3 different levels in a relationship, that there must be a physical, emotional and most importantly a spiritual connection. Without all three of these, the relationship will not be fulfilling for the long term.

Maintaining an active connection with God so that I can know that he is leading in my life. I look forward to relaxing in God's presence on Sabbath with my family and friends, taking in his glory through church, outdoor activities, mission activities, etc.

I am looking to find someone to share life's joys and sorrows with. Someone to share in the beauty of everyday life with my 2 wonderful children. Life is too short, so I just hope to make the best of everyday touching the lives of those around me by showing God's love.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight". It always reminds me that "my" way of thinking may not always be what God has in mind for me and that He longs to lead me to things more wonderful than I can even imagine if I continue to be willing to trust in him.

I don't consider myself high maintenance, but I do enjoy pampering myself with pedicures, massages and bubble baths ( I work in a fast paced high stress, pediatric ER) so I find it important to allow myself time to de-stress. I love driving fast, singing with the radio, line dancing and my vices are pretty much anything sweet - ice cream, cookie dough, and anything dark chocolate, especially chocolate covered marshmallow eggs...
