Hey there, my name is Derek   I am a very chill and relaxed guy, rarely will you see me get upset at something or someone. I am a good friend and a good listener. I enjoy pretty much anything that is water related. I love cars and autocrossing. I'm also really into film and video editing. I really enjoy hanging out with my friends and trying to find different things to do around town or go on random last minute road trips. As far as music goes I have a very broad taste. I like it all minus country...that's just one genre I just can't seem to get into haha. I'm no longer at a christian college and it's becoming hard to find a good Adventist girl, so for curiosity sake I decided to give this while online dating thing a go. What I'd like to do on a first date...

Oh man, well I love the beach, so maybe hanging out there. Get a beach volleyball game going or something. Game night at a friends house, potlucks, even restaurants. As long as the company is good it really doesn't matter where we are. I think with first dates it's better to be in a group setting. I feel it's more relaxed than a one on one dinner or something...that seems to feel more like an interview haha.

In five years, I see myself

I want to be doing whatever God has planed for my life. Right now I say I would hope to be an established Physical Therapist and settling down with the right woman.
