Hello. How are things going for you? Thanks for checking out my profile. I hope you will have fun!
I consider myself a balance person. I work hard when I am at work and I love to relax, laugh, and have fun off work. I tell my students that once they elect me to be the president of US I am going to make a 5-day weekend and 2 day work week. You may want to remember this when you see my name next time you participate in presidential election. I love to be active, including physically active and active in terms of participation in other activities, such as church events.
Who am I looking for? I think that two people must be physically attracted to each other first. Next, they get to know all other things about each other and see whether they really match.
Oh, one more thing. My pictures are recent. Most of them taken this summer. So do not be fooled by my age. This past weekend (Aug. 17-19) I have been with a group of new Adventist friends and someone start asking everybody about age. I told this person to guess what my age was and I was told 35. Then, this person said, "I only said 35 because of your career." I guess, I really do look and definetely feel young. It must be the trust in God, and following His guidelines regarding lifestyle. Don't you love how He cares for us?

With the right person I could do anything. This does include just talking, going out for a dinner, walking on a beach, going to a nice concert, going to watch figure skating, you name it.
I think I am a much better person as a result of my prior experiences. I am thankful to God for the opportunity to learn from the past.
I have been one for more than 25 years. To me it always meant to focus at reaching other people. It also means to study the Bible and live by it.
Sorry but most likely I will not responde to your mails, smiles, or cards if you did not care to upload your picture(s). I think that a picture is a part of your profile and if you do not have one, sorry.
I have many including 2 Sam. chapter 1 where David speaks about Soul and Jonathan "how the mighty have follen ...", 2 Sam 18, the part when David is lamenting over his son Absalom "Oh my son Absalom, if only I could have died ...", Job 41 or 42 (I can't remember) the part when Job says that he only have heard of God thus far but after going what he went through he now know God on more personal level. My recent most favorite verses include: Who am I, Lord, and what is my house that you have brought me this far” (2 Sam. 7, 18) and “The integrity of the upright will guide them …” Proverbs 11, 3). Or how about this one: "As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? God is my strength and power, and He makes my way perfect." (2 Sam. 22, 31-33). Ok, one more: "Is not My word like a fire? says the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?" (Jer. 23, 29) How about when Simon invited Jesus to his house and Mary came in and started kissing his feet. Jesus says to Simon “You gave Me no kiss (φιλημα), but this woman has not ceased to kiss "You game me no kiss but this woman has not ceased to kiss my feet since the time I came in.” The kiss Simon did not kiss Jesus was a philema kiss or a simple greeting kiss. The kiss this woman gave to Jesus was a kataphileo kiss, a kiss of outpooring of emotions. A good example of indoubt studying of the Bible.
Well, the older I get the more I love to travel. I have been to almost 30 countries and about 45 states and 3 provinces in US and Canada. (This is one of the good part about working in education, we do get a considerable time off work). If I do not do it this summer, next summer I will be going to Asia and visit several countries there. Want to join me?
You would not believe what happened to me on this one trips a few years ago. I was near Monterey, CA. It was the 2nd half of August. I was not able to stay on a campground because everything was full. I decided to camp under the sky. I spotted this beautiful looking Mormon Church with nice grass loan all around it. I parked my car, put my foam mattress on grass and went to sleep. I did not realize that they had an automatic sprinkler system installed. It must have been about 2AM when they got turned on. By the time I realized what was going on I was completely soaked. It is a true story.
My favorite trip though was one through nine different National Parks in Utah, Arizona, and Yellowstone. If you have not been there yet, you must go there. If you need further encouragement ask me for my slides from my trip.
Since that favorite trip I have been to a number of other places and I must say that the Fos de Iguacu as the Brazilian call it or Iguazu Falls in Brazil is the most amazing place I have seen, more amazing than the Grand Canyon. So friends, get out and go places and you will never be the same. I just came back from Israel where I visited places such as Beer Sheva, Caesarea, Nazareth, sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, Masada, etc. etc. You should go if you haven't done so yet. Quite amazing to stand in the very spot where Jesus said "I am the bread of life. ..." I was once told by a female friend that even though I am a university professor I am not boring, I am actually fun to hang out with. I did not know that this is a perception of university professors. If so, it is not a correct one, at least when it comes to this university professor.
