One final thing I'd like to mention...
My pictures were when I was about 15 pounds heavier--lost a few and hope to lose another 10-15 yet. I try to walk or go to the gym every day. I eat Lacto-Ovo vegetarian, and tried Vegan, but am not currently doing strict vegan.
