Something fun, active, and unconventional. I personally prefer for a romantic relationship to be first rooted in friendship, so the beginnings of our interaction would be more like 'hanging out.' We can always see what happens from there.

My past relationships were with men who were not Christian, and the differences in values and beliefs were always the root of the failed relationship. I took some time off from dating to re-evaluate my priorities, deeper understand God's intentions for my life, and focus on starting my career. Recently, I feel that I have moved forward enough to try again and I've been praying for God to guide this first attempt at online dating.

First and foremost, I am a Christian because I have accepted Christ as my Savior and I "praise [Him] because I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). I was raised Adventist and have always gone to an Adventist church. However, I also thought it important to be aware of what other schools of thought were out there, so in college I occasionally attended services by other religions and denominations. I ultimately agreed with the Adventist doctrine the most.

That's all in God's hands. I hope to still be progressing in my career and be in a committed relationship.

I'm originally from California but currently reside in Hawaii. My current job requires me to move around every few years. It allows me the wonderful privilege of meeting people around the world and experiencing new cultures, but it can be hard to deal with. So, God-willing, I'm hoping for a patient and committed man who can understand this and either travel with me or be loyal in a long-distance relationship.
