What I'd like to do on a first date...
I would like to do something to get to know you. Maybe a nice restaurant, a walk downtown where we could talk and get to know one another. I would like to do something that would allow us to be ourselves and to start a friendship.
To me, being an Adventist means...
I have been an Adventist almost all of my life. I believe strongly in the soon coming of the Lord and I believe that the Seventh-day Adventist church is the remnant church. I also believe that my life style should reflect my beliefs. I believe that God has blessed me with truth and that it is my responsibility to share that truth with others.
In five years, I see myself
I plan to continue to learn more about what God has planned for me. I would ultimately like to be married and start a family.
My favorite Bible passage is...
One of many Bible passages that I love is "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." James 1:5. Wisdom is seeing things through God's point of view. I want to see things through God's eyes and not my own. I want to find God's will for my life, whatever that is.
