Introduction

Finally, I've made time to fill out my profile ;) I've been deliberating whether or not I should go this route (the Internet) to meet someone and I've finally caved... lol. I think it's a great place to meet friends, but as far as meeting that special someone, it's definitely not my first choice. And it's probably nobodies first choice, but the world is a different place than 2,000 years ago. Everyone is more spread out and as far as Christians go, especially Seventh-day Adventist Christians, it's slim pickings. And the Internet is a great place to bring the world closer together. Thus, here I am.

Who am I? I am a son of God who is extremely grateful that God is who He is. He is a loving, merciful, humble, gracious God, and like the Bible says, who is "abundant in goodness and truth." And I wouldn't be who I am without Him. I am a man who's desire is to learn to love God more and more each day, and be the type of man He wants me to be. I'm not the man that I want to be, but I'm not the man that I use to be either. And everyday God is working on my heart... changing me to who He wants me to be.

I enjoy the simple/wholesome things of life. God, family, friends, nature, sports. Simple in the sense that you know what to expect. In a sense, all those things are uncomplicated and yet they can be very complicated as well.

I love the family design. I love kids, though I don't have any. But I do have nephews and nieces.
Two becoming one is I think one of the greatest joys of life. Being able to share life in such an intimate (and I'm not talking about the physical part, although of course that's important) way is such an wonderful thing.
Good friends are hard to come by, but those that are good are invaluable. Prov. 11:14, 18:14

I love nature. It's almost like being right next to God in a way. I love experiencing the things God has made for us to enjoy. Two of my favorite nature spots are the beach and the mountains. If I had to choose between the two though, I would have to go with the beach. I just love the water and scenery.

And I also enjoy sports a lot. Most kinds. B-ball, v-ball, tennis, cycling, running, swimming, badminton, skiing and others. The body was made for action and I just love the feeling of exercising it.

And of course, I enjoy exercising my mind as well. I love the library... it reminds me of the gym, but for the mind. Everyone one is focused on what they're reading/studying. I enjoy reading about philosophy, science and especially the things of God.

I'm playful, adventurous, sweet and easygoing. I'm all about living life in the moment. I enjoy great food and atmosphere. I can stay home and have as much fun as when I am out.
I love unique off beat places to eat. Always looking for great food and atmosphere. I also enjoy exploring new neighborhoods and walking around.

I prefer when hanging out with friends to go to mellow places... I am all about great conversation.

What am I looking for? Someone who loves God, is sweet, loves kids, enjoys learning, is athletic, loves the outdoors and is adventurous, has a sense of humor, and enjoys the simple things of life.

Is this too much to ask? ;)
