My relationships are a priority in my life, especially my relationship with God. My passion above all is to draw intimately closer to my Father God by submitting to His healing of my brokenness. After that, I enjoy long walks, baking, singing, reading, touching the lives of hurting people, passionate conversations about the love of God and how that impacts our lives, trips to the mountains or the beach, volleyball, table tennis and more.
I'm looking for a man who shares my passion of walking ever closer to God and who also has experienced a transformation in his life as a result of acknowledging his brokenness.
I am looking for someone who not only has the desire for wholeness, but who also loves to honestly share his experiences with his "special someone". Someone who sees the value of walking through life with a like-minded companion.
A man who is really serious about having a healthy relationship with a woman and who would want to make his marriage a priority in his life. I would like to find a man who is also fun-loving, and who enjoys quiet, simple, romantic times with the special woman in his life.

I have learned to give my relationships a huge advantage by picking the right people to be in relationship with, people who are highly compatible with me. I have learned the value of being authentic and genuine and always open and honest in our communication.
Being a modern-day John the Baptist, with a special calling to help prepare the world for Christ's second coming. As John the Baptist encouraged the people to renounce their sins and to declare their intent of uniting their hearts with God's, I believe, as SDA's, that it is also our privilege to lead the way in a special At-One-Ment with the very One who created all things in six days!! And He is also the One who can lead us into true rest as He RE-CREATES us!!!
The true heart keeping of the 7th-Day Sabbath I believe, can only be found in "resting" in Jesus as we lay all of our struggling to be the lord of our life down, to let Him have His true place to be the Lord of our life.
It is a beautiful outward expression of our marriage to Him, as the real deserving and capable Lord. My prayer is that I will always continue on that journey to allow my Creator/Redeemer to lead me fully into that true rest experience by continuing to submit to his "Lordship" in my life more and more all the time!! His work of restoration and healing in my life is truly phenomenal!!! Thank-you, Jesus, for the rest!!
I am currently trying to get certified as a drug and alcohol counselor. I'm also very excited about the work of healing that God has been doing in my life!! He's doing a BIG work of transformation, so a large part of what I'm "doing" is to truly wait upon Him and LEARN all that He is teaching me!!
Two of my most favorite Bible verses are so related together, that it's hard to separate them. They are Galatians 2:20, where it talks about my being crucified with Christ...and He lives in me; and Philippians 1:6 that tells me that He who began a good work in me, will FINISH the work!!
Jesus Christ showed me what dying to my old self was all about. And the spiritual/emotional healing that I am finding by doing so is absolutely the most incredibly phenomenal thing that I have ever experienced in my entire life!
And the fact that I have found One that completely cherished me while the old me was still fully alive has so moved the affections of my heart--that I long to have my heart motivated by that most awesomely beautiful force in all the world---pure, true, LOVE!! SO LET HIS SPIRIT LIVE IN ME!!
And then it's so exciting to know that this transformation that He has begun in my life is something that He is taking full responsibility for. And it's a good thing that HE is carrying it to completion, because I don't even know what that completed work looks like! So I can then just concentrate on making sure that our hearts continue to beat together, and that I am staying submitted to Him, and letting Him be the Lord of my life!
If you are out there, I am seeking to know a man who can simply say that God has impacted his life in such a way, that he will never be the same again!! A man that can admit that he was a broken person, but who is personally experiencing the awesome restoring power of God!! After all, He is the Great Healer, and our salvation is the name of the game for Him!!
One more thing. I am not interested in attending church just because it is the "right" thing to do. I am serious about seriously seeking to know the heart of God!!! And one incredible key to doing this, I have discovered, is to be honest and upfront with Him about my own heart!!
