The trick to a wonderful relationship is when both parts work equally hard to make his/her partner very happy. A happy partner makes you happy and gives a sense of stability.
To me, being an Adventist means...
A person who really believes in and accepts the grace of Jesus sacrifice to obtain eternal life. Also, is not the "outer shell" that tells what kind of S.D.A. you are but the honesty in your believes.
In five years, I see myself
As I recently retired, spending more time with family and friends and probably look for a charity organization to get involved in.
My favorite Bible passage is...
Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified, do not be discourage, for the Lord your God is giving you for your own". Life on Earth is not a paradise and only being strong and believing in God gives you the will to go on.
One final thing I'd like to mention...
God is always giving us another chance to improve, modify or change our path. The direction we take is up to us and is not bad/good luck the reason we are in the situation we are but our decisions and choices.
