Glad to make your acquaintance! Sure you have time for this one? I could write a book. Don't know where to begin, but here goes. I was married 22 yrs to a man I dated 5 years before. As time went
on he became very abusive. I learned all I could to make it through life. I did finally divorce him and few years later married a man who really knew how to treat a person. We had a lot in common, he was truly a joy to be with. Through life I dabbled in and out of church, as it was forbidden in my first marriage for the most part. After 1year and 3 days my wonderful husband was murdered by a hit man my ex had hired. After 2 years, the hit man and my ex were arrested and after a lengthy trial imprisoned. God has seen me through so much and always been there for me when I wasn't even aware. I don't mean to bore you or scare you, but trials that have been sent my way most women could not bare. I married again to a man younger than I. He was a very respectful, hard working, soft spoken, kind man. I was 51 he was much younger, from Honduras. He wanted children, I thought he had lost his mind because of my age, but needless to say we had twins. A handsome boy and a beautiful little girl. Everyone said why would you have children at your age. I love kids, never smoked, never drank and no drugs in my life so if I could do this and make him happy I was willing. Besides, he was much younger so if, God forbid, something happen to me he could carry on. Well, when they were 2 1/2 years old he went to Honduras and while he was there he was murdered. No connection with the other situation. I was lost this time, but knew I must continue for my babies. I did carry on. I began going to a non-denominational church and attended every chance I got for several years. I married again to a man I thought I knew. He was kind, went to church with us, loved the twins and they loved him. He quit working and started depending on me since I was self-employed. I could not get him to go back to work or even work with mepn a regular basis. Then after 3-4 years he said to me, "You want to know why I married you?" Here goes, you could have blown me over with one puff of air. "I thought you had insurance money since 2 of your husbands were murdered." Oh my! God won't put more on you than you can bare, now I was beginning to feel like Job in a sense. There is so much more, I can't begin to tell now. Bottom line in Feb.2014, I truly found Jesus when I was invited to the SDA church for a 17 day revelation with Daniel seminar. I was so interested I came ever night. I now realize how much I didn't know and pray God help me to continue learning His truth. The more I read, go to church and fellowship with others the more I want to learn and share His great love in my years to come.

Perhaps go somewhere relaxing in a public environment, not a mall, I am not a shopper unless I am going for necessities. A park, museum, the lake or even church, within a mutual agreement of my partner. I am very easy to get along with.
Oh, we'll have plenty to talk about, trust me! I've learned it takes quality time to truly get to know someone well enough to make a commitment to marriage. Honest communication is vital. We all have issues from our past so having a kind, patient and forgiving spirit goes a long way towards happiness. God is the only one wise enough to judge what's on the inside of a person. Being equally yoked as the Bible says both in one accord is mandatory in my book. Even though I have only been on the right path for a few months, I'm here to tell you there is no turning back now.
Giving your life to Christ wholeheartedly. Prayer and study, walking the walk and talking the talk. Reading Sister Ellen Whites messages. Learning and changing my lifestyle as far as foods are concerned and learn how to cook vegetarian style. Guiding my children in the way of the Lord so they too have the right tools to make Heaven. I believe we are in the end times and none of it should be wasted.
Keep teaching my twins the love of Jesus, being sure they understand loving Jesus is a relationship not a tradition. Taking what I've learned from past relationships, trials and lessons into practice to give the very best I can to my man, making him happy for the rest of his life.
John 3:16 because it's probably one of the first verses I ever learned in VBS when I was a child, even before I came to know Christ, that says it all. Also Hebrews13:5 & 6. God doesn't promise to take all our trials away, but He did promise to NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE US. He has so proven that to me. No matter what trials I go through, He has always been there to guide me through and lift my faith.
I pray for a man to share my life with, while we teach my children (twins) to live in the admonition of the Lord. Someone who will attend Sabbath with us and be a part of our daily walk. Someone who will go through lives trials in prayer and understanding in the realm of our Lord together. Someone who enjoys being loved and knows how to return that love. A wonderful being who has seen God work in his life as He has in ours. A strong man who will help teach me as well in his daily walk the ways of our Lord. God talks to all of us, we just don't stay in tune with Him. I never want to be out of His will again! Never!
