I am a loyal Seventh-day Adventist Christian. I love the Lord and dedicated my life to him 36 years ago. I chose Special Education as a profession to serve as a facilitator in helping students achieve independence spiritually, mentally, and socially, as well as academically. I enjoy an active lifestyle which includes physical fitness, yard work, gardening, travel, hiking/camping, and reading. I believe in following the biblical model for health which includes a vegetarian diet, regular exercise, and daily study of the bible. I came to Adventist Singles because a friend achieved success in finding a godly companion for marriage. It is my hope that I find a person who shares a deep love for the Lord and that it would lead to his ideal for marriage and part of a shared journey.

I would invite my date to have prayer together for God's blessing on our evening. Having secured a quiet restaurant with soft lights, my date and I will be able to see and hear ourselves enjoy an honest, stimulating conversation about our lives and how the Lord has blessed us, and what led us to desire to meet each other. After dinner, we'll take a nice walk in a scenic spot, and catch a sunset, if possible. As our evening closes, we thank the Lord for His presence with us, and I present a special surprise(not a surprise now-but my date has no idea what it will be!!!) for my date to express my appreciation for her and the wonderful evening we have had together.
I have been too flexible and adaptable for my own good-at times.
I have focused on trying to meet everyone else's expectations, and lost sight of the Lord's plans for my life (Proverbs 3:5,6; Jeremiah 29:11-13). What I learned was that it did not make a difference in the relationship, I stifled my own creativity and innovation, and left the Lord out of the equation. It is Him and Him alone that ensures a successful relationship-provided the two individuals covenant with Him to unite together in faith to fulfill His will and purpose...for their lives.
Knowing nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:35-39)
Believing all things work together for good to them that love God and are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28)
Being a "seven days" Adventist, not just a seventh-day Adventist (Luke 9:23; Acts 17:11; Luke 18:1). It means being keenly aware of the time we are living in (Romans 13:11), and making the necessary extra preparation required to be ready when the Master (the Bridegroom) arrives (Matthew 25:1-13;Luke 12:35-40). Finally, we choose not to accept a luke warm Christianity, but accept the Counsel of the True Witness and buy the gold, the garment, and eyesalve to be used of the Spirit to proclaim the last warning message to our world...
Additional schooling , MA in Biblical Studies and/or Literacy Education, travel, and will relocate for the right person. Complete a thorough study of the Sanctuary and it's application to God's faithful and end time prophecy.
If the Lord has not come by then, I will continue to "Look up, for our redemption draws near." (Luke 21:28)
"Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."-Jeremiah 33:3 KJV
This is important to me because the Bible has a wealth of inexhaustible truth that is " the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes". ROM 1:16
I am new to ASC. I have found it to be a wonderful place to develop new friendships, and discover how God has blessed them. I am grateful to God for impressing the individuals who covenanted with Him to make this service available to the church. Thanks be to God!
