Getting outdoors could be fun: a walk in the river valley, for example.
Or maybe bowling if the weather is less cooperative.
Another option might be to spend some time volunteering together.

I've learned that God has to be the glue/the centre/the mortar in order for things to work. Both people have to be willing to put the work into making it last. Through it all, God always has my best interest in mind, and I need to trust His leading.

From observing my happily married friends, I've noticed that when a couple ministers together (be it through acts of service, music, hospitality, missions, or whatever other capacity it might be) their relationship has a greater depth and blesses those around them.

It means I love God, I want to serve him, and that I believe that Jesus is coming back soon! God is teaching me so much lately, and I marvel at the fact that HE wishes to use ME! What an awesome privilege! God is showing me more and more that Adventism is so much more than a stack of well-worded beliefs. It's a practical, joyful way of life when God is in it! I am not only greatly anticipating Christ' second coming, but I am also living hopefully and productively, and seeing God work in my life every day.

I'm a few months away from completing my master's degree in education. I plan to continue improving as an educator and learning to better serve my students. Becoming fluent in Spanish is a dream of mine as well. I'd also like to run another half-marathon one day soon. Overall, I'd like to know that I am serving God in the best way that I can.

Philippians 1:6. I am so grateful to remember that God promises to complete what He has begun in my life. What an honour it is to know Him!

I enjoy scrapbooking, card-making and crocheting, among other crafts. I really like doing DIY projects in my home because they allow me to learn practical skills.
