What I'd like to do on a first date...

I enjoy the outdoors. A walk on the beach is always relaxing. A picnic at the park is fun. A scenic drive is entertaining. A bike ride from Mission Beach to La Jolla can offer some great people watching. Check out the sights on Coronado Island. Hiking at Torrey Pines is always enjoyable. I am always open to suggestions.....pretty flexible!

My past relationships have taught me...

I believe it takes time to know and understand someone. It is important to be patient with people. Accept someone for who they are. Dont expect to change them. I think understanding, respect, and loyalty all work together for a healthy relationship.

To me, being an Adventist means...

Honestly I have not been attending church recently. All I can say is I am a work in progress. I believe the Adventist Church has been blessed with much Light and uderstanding when it comes to Truth. It is important for me to have someone to share my faith and experiences with. I am open and interested in your faith and experience with Christ. I will listen!

In five years, I see myself

Work less....spend more time with my granddaughter......make sure I call my parents everyday.....be supportive to my friends and family....Never lose sight of where I have been....be thankful for all the blessings in my life and just as thank full for the not so happy times. I think it is more about what God wants to accomplish! Doesn't it say somewhere "Christ is the author and finisher of our faith"?

My favorite Bible passage is...

"They that wait upon the Lord shall renew thier strength........." Life is not an easy experience. If you really are searching for something better.....the waiting can make you tired.....so the verse in Isiah.
