Introduction

Hello fellow Adventists. Care to peek into my id, ego & superego? Good luck! I am a guy who likes to talk, and be still, mountain bike, get a scalp massage, run, get a pedicure, racquetball, thumb wrestle (I been undefeated for 21 years!), play football (although not much since I separated my shoulder doing said activity), read non-fiction, and magazines, watch programs like Pimp My Ride and PBS's Frontline. I like to move around just as much as I like chillin'. I like Hip-hop just as much as I like Bluegrass, Oldies just as well as Classical. I have sung in a Southern Gospel quartet. But, I won't sing in a choir. Sounds like I don't know what I want? O contraire mon frere! I simply take each individual activity in life and see the good in it. Do I like every non-fiction, or sport, or classical piece etc.? No. But I never make generalizations about anything or anyone for that matter. That is why it is impossible to peg me in any one category.

What do I do for a living? I am pretty much the "Chandler" (from the TV show "Friends") of my peer group, in the sense that nobody can ever explain or knows exactly what I do. And yes, like Mr. Chandler Bing, I have also been to Tulsa, Oklahoma! Basically it's a sales job. Don't ask me what I sell because then it gets real complicated. What I love about my profession is that it affords me the opportunity to globe-trot. I get to go not only all over the U.S. and Canada, but Latin America as well. And the point of all this babble is that this has allowed me to learn respect and admiration for other cultures and to be even more at awe at the grandeur of our Lord with all of his natural beauty.

Why am I on this site? Stimulating conversation, grow my network of friends etc. At the very least I would like to meet some awesome friends from around the state, country, and world.
