What I'd like to do on a first date...

Good conversation at a nice restaurant. I enjoy nature so a nice park or trail might be good for a walk.

It is fun to be married and to be able to share all your joys and burdens with each other. Keeping the others happiness foremost can be a blessing.

Living the kind of life that reflects my church and studying God's Word. It means supporting the activities of my church and being ready to lend a helping hand whenever possible.

In five years, I see myself

I hope to change my eating habits to live a healthier life; maybe find a suitable companion but most of all, I want to be ready for the Lord to come so I can go home with Him.

My favorite Bible passage is...

As to a favorite passage, I have too many to list. I love all His promises because I know that He is faithful and He will carry all of His promises out. I especially enjoy promises dealing with His love for me and that He is coming back to get me.

One final thing I'd like to mention...

even though I am retired, I feel I have plenty of life left in me to make someone happy.
