Introduction

WOW! There are just too many great women across the country that are alone. Seriously, kind of sad. I hate to see people alone. Everyone deserves someone. OK!!!!! I have one rule....... well maybe two. If you are going to look at my profile, at least write and say Hi. I won't take it as anything but friendly. I will try to return the favor, kind of like a Hug, some people just need them, and I like to give them. BTW, the lady in the background of my bike picture is my cousin, and that was taken after church. I have no intention or blotting out or erasing my own flesh and blood. I like to be around people who take life serious, but also can be silly. Single is ok, but however, I don't believe single is the way God planned it. "It is not good for man (michael) to be alone". Nothing on earth feels, and smells like a women, and cannot be substituted. And ladies, please respect me the way you want to be respected. Just because I take Him serious doesn't make me perfect. It does however give me peace. Some assume because I HAD a bike( and sold it), and support a Biker church, then I must be a hard core biker. Even yuppies ride bikes and have friends of all types, and I have friends from the homeless to millionaires. Around my family, friends, and people I feel comfortable around, I am generally a goof ball. I like to make people laugh. I feel as comfortable standing in front of 30,000 as well as 3. I would like to meet someone that has a healthy respect for God (not hyper religious, and yes, God does talk to us, so let HIM talk to me). Someone who may be active in their church, but they don't have to be. But, they would have to allow me to be active. I want someone who compliments me as far as being by my side and is good at things I'm not as I am the same to them. I am a giver, not necessarily large things, but small things that touch the heart, so you have to be a receiver, I love to give things, and myself. I want a BEST FRIEND Forever! ******** Some of you need to be 1000-1500 miles closer, or wake up your Texas friends....lol. And, for you great women who say that I live too far away, I will say that I too hate LDR, but I have to say "oh ye of little faith"...lol. If God wants it to work out, it will. I have one huge problem with online meeting sites. There are too many choices. We live in and environment that we think we can always "out do". Studies have shown that the more choices we have, the more confused we get, resulting in a stalled decision process. We don't look at a good quality and attractive person of the opposite sex and say "hey this is a great guy/lady, I think I will give them my attention". We always have to checkout the next best thing, and a lot of time that next best thing turns out to be a loser. Thus we lost what was probably a sure thing with really everything we wanted all along. You snooze, you lose. This morning when I looked in the mirror as I shaved, I am not so sure that I looked younger then I did a year ago. I am not implying that anyone should just settle, that gets on my nerves even worse. I am saying that we keep getting older, and more alone everyday as we play the game.
