Hi... my name is Terry,, I live a few miles from town, on 10 acres with a natural woodsy feel to it, frequented by various birds, deer, and other critters, My house is 'cabin-like', and it finally got a much needed foundation upgrade and a new steel roof this summer...! The inside could use some work now, though I can be such a 'procrastinator',,,! I treat yardwork as my 'exercise' and enjoy my outdoor seasonal 'chores',,, mowing, raking, scooping snow,,, (such 'fun', LoL,,,) I also enjoy 'mini' bonfires fueled by dead & down trimmings from my woods. The local night sky can be full of moon, stars, and occasional northern-lights... I haven't been enjoying my Harley as much as I'd like,,, it would be more fun with someone to share rides with. Plenty of scenic woodsy roads and places to 'putt' around to here. I play a bit of guitar and sometimes sing,,, my cat has been my main audience lately. Winter can seem long here at times, and though spring can drag it's feet getting here, summer makes it worth the wait. I am still mourning my Dad's death, who died March/2014 at age 90, in CA.. I'm 'overdue' for a road-trip out there to take care of his house and other stuff, and to get my head 'together' as well. It will be very strange not to see him when I finally get there...

Formal is not my style... easy does it, take some time to absorb first impressions, while doing something that each of us might enjoy, to find out if we feel comfortable with each other. If nothing clicks between us, I'd hope that we might gracefully decide where to go from there. Friendship is good, and often enough might even trump so-called 'romance'...
Take your time,,, what's the big rush,,,? I was married 18 yrs, and have now been single for quite some time. If I've learned anything since then, it would have to be, 'Slow down',,,! Don't expect to make drastic changes in anyone right out of the gate, you'll just end up frustrated. Take some time to know someone first as 'just' a friend, and they might surprise you. You might even accidently surprise yourself...
I believe in a Loving God, WHO IS coming soon. I am always mindful of my relationship with Jesus, and have been learning to trust in His Love, not trusting in my own 'works' to save myself. Part of a Christian life is learning how to love others as Christ Loves each of us...
I like to mind my own business...
God only knows...! The saying, "Life is what happens while you're making other plans." seems to be what has happened in my own life. I think I'm finally learning how to make the best of all events and things that come my way, though not always of my own choosing.
John 3:16 is basic, covers everyone who believes in Him... I also like the "By Faith"... passages, as they pretty much tell us that God Loves sinners, and is able to do His Work through imperfect people such as myself.
What comes next,,,? I can only say it seems that God isn't 'finished' with me yet, else why am I still breathing and hoping,,,!? Thanks for checking out my profile... (though it's a bit overdue for a re-edit) Blessings to you...! :)
