What I'd like to do on a first date...
On a first date I would like to go to a place that we can really converse with one another unrushed or inhibited by time or circumstances. (ex. restaurant, a hike, or prepare a meal with a couple of our closest friends or family members etc.)
My past relationships have taught me...
My past relationships have taught me not to seek the living among the dead! As an Adventist christian I've learned not to expect a man to change to fit my lifestyle, but to seek companionship among those already living for Christ! Men outside my faith are not accepting of the Jesus I serve and are therefore still waddling in death, going to hell one hundred miles per hour and enjoying it! I'm no longer willing to sacrifice my soul salvation for one who does not desire the same!
To me, being an Adventist means...
Coming into a place that only God himself could have only orchestrated is what being an Adventist means to me! In other-words, He is the H.N.I.C. of my life! Sorry, let me be educated about this! Jesus is Lord and Savior of my life; were He leads I follow; what he says I obey-gladly!
In five years, I see myself
In the next five years I plan to be delivered from all my strongholds! I plan to fully have my new business, that supports those desiring to overcome anything esp. sexual addiction, up and running in full capacity. Physically I plan to be more consistant in exercising and strength training. On a spiritual level I want to be more perfectly loving my enemies! Hopefully in five years I would have, at the very least, met my lifetime mate, lover and friend! On an emotional and psychological level I would hope to be making lemonade of all the lemons life has dealt me!
My favorite Bible passage is...
The 23rd Psalms is my favorite bible passage. It's my favorite because it reminds me who I am in the Lord, what's rightfully mine, how Jesus provides for me and protects me against the enemy! It also stands as a reminder for me to intentionally choose his care, stay humble in his care and desire it for others!!
One final thing I'd like to mention...
Having a husband is something God desires for me- as revealed to me! As his daughter I know he knows what's best for me-so I willfully submit to my father's will! Where are you Boo?
