I had a wonderful relationship with my spouse who was loving,a good father, husband and provider. There were unusual circumstances to the divorce. Trust is the most important aspect of a relationship. Also a spiritual oneness is very important.

Being a Christian means more than belonging to a denomination. It is the joy of knowing Jesus as my personal Savior and being saved by His Grace. It is submitting to the work of the Holy Spirit within me, God's gift to me because of his resurrection, the assurance of His finished work.

Continue to help my grandchildren with home-school as needed. Continue to travel including maybe some more mission trips. Continue with my photography, genealogical research. Work on learning a new language and becoming more proficient in my Spanish.

Romans 8:1 " Therefore now there is no condemnation to him who is in Christ Jesus." When I understood that Christ's death had set me FREE and I did not have to continue to look at my "spiritual belly button" to see if I was accepted in Him, then I knew I was free indeed! It has freed me to be sensitive to others and their needs and free to trust the Holy Spirit to work in my life.

I am looking for friendship. If that friendship deepened into something more that would be fine. I am content with my life and where God has me right now. I am a busy, happy, contented Christian woman. But I miss my adult friends. Since retiring from nursing I have moved to be with my physician son and family. He is career military so moves around a lot.
