Essays

What I'd like to do on a first date...

Almost anything outdoors where we can get away from the sounds of the city. A picnic by a lake, a small cafe, or someplace out in nature. The possibilities are endless.

My past relationships have taught me...

That God has a plan for me and is teaching me to be patient. A good relationship takes time and energy.

To me, being an Adventist means...

God is my savior. He has changed my life and my desire is to live for Him each day.

In five years, I see myself

Life is a mystery so lets see what happens. Who knows if we will be here in five years. That is a long ways to plan ahead so lets see what tomorrow brings.

My favorite Bible passage is...

Not sure there is a single passage that comes to mind but God has promised great things to those that follow Him. The Bible is full of promises including eternal life.

One final thing I'd like to mention...

I have worked at the same job and lived in the same house for 20+ years. I am a North Dakota native and love it here. The summers are awesome. I am looking for someone who loves the country and finds more beauty in a wheat field than a shopping mall. Life is an adventure and I love adventure.
