As hurtful as breakups are, I try to learn lessons from my past relationships and move one to what God has in store for me.
To me, being an Adventist means...
Being and Adventist means a great honor and responsibility to me. I believe Adventists are God's chosen people to proclaim Christ's soon return to the world and live a life that represents our Lord's character. I enjoy studying the Bible and EGW writtings and with the power of God my goal is to practice what I learn. I believe in our health message, and I believe my choices in life need to be for the glory of God, including music, entertainment, and of course the choice of a life companion.
In five years, I see myself
God willing, I hope to meet the companion He has chosen for me. I'd also love to have my own house instead of paying rent, plant a garden, have a dog, and have kids if that's God will for my life. I want to continue to grow in my relationship with God and be ready for His soon return.
